The GA Floatel project required onboard training, crew mentoring and an overhaul of compliance control on a 236-person offshore production site, with safety culture embedded across the crew.
What we did
- Delivered onboard training across all aspects of compliance control
- Mentored the crew and overhauled the 236-POB production site’s safety practices
- Embedded the company’s daily HSE policies into shipboard routine
Results
- Crew trained to work independently to the client’s expectations
- Ready for upcoming offshore work — the Yuri Korchagin field and Saipem-contracted construction projects
