The benchmark international health & safety qualification (current specification). Two units: GIC1 — a 24-hour open-book scenario assessment with a closing interview — and GIC2, a 3-hour practical risk assessment. Points-based marking, 60% to pass. Delivered in Russian over 25–30 days ahead of the GIC1 sitting (four per year).
