Mining & Metallurgy

Surface and underground mining and metals processing, where hazards are constant and varied.

Discuss training for your team

Mining and metallurgy combine heavy equipment, ground and excavation hazards, dust, noise, vibration and confined spaces. Keeping a large, often contractor-heavy workforce safe requires structured competence and continuous reinforcement.

IOSS supports mining and metals operations with accredited HSE training, risk-assessment and incident-investigation programmes, and practical courses in confined space, work at height, lifting and occupational health.
