This course provides basic fire safety knowledge regarding the workplace. The program covers the contributing factors of fire, classes of fire, basic use of fire extinguishers, and principles of evacuation.   Also, provides the latest relevant information regarding fire prevention tips and firefighting techniques. Practical exercises and course materials are provided in accordance with special training requirements. Content can be localized to reflect the country or region in which the workforce will operate.

Participants must successfully complete a training course and assessment to ensure that they reach the required level of competence. Successful participants will then receive a certificate.

 

  • The legal framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of fire safety. The main provisions; 
  • General concepts of combustion and fire - explosive properties of substances and materials, fire hazard of buildings; 
  • Fire hazard in the organization. Causes of fires, prevention measures; 
  • Fire safety measures during fire hazardous work, storage of substances and materials. Basic regulatory documentation. 
  • Fire safety requirements for escape routes; 
  • General information about fire protection systems in the organization; 
  • Fire-fighting equipment and inventory, the procedure for use in case of fire. The actions of workers in fires.
