According to the laws of RoK the courses on the Industrial Safety requirements are compulsory for the personnel of the companies/enterprises having hazardous industrial facilities or the personnel involved in the performance of work at such facilities. These companies must ensure training, retraining and assessment of the specialists and employees' industrial safety knowledge  Practical exercises and course materials are provided in accordance with special training requirements. Content can be localized to reflect the country or region in which the workforce will operate.

Participants must successfully complete a training course and assessment to ensure that they reach the required level of competence. Successful participants will then receive a certificate.
